Shuttles run continuously from Montecito Union School between 3:10 and 3:50. The ceremony begins promptly at 4:00, and we do mean promptly, so please be on a shuttle by 3:50 at the latest. Earlier is easier on everyone.

Please park at Montecito Union School, 385 San Ysidro Road, Santa Barbara, CA 93108. Shuttles will carry you the short distance to Les Belles Fontaines, and back again at the end of the night. Our events page has a map of the three parking lots and the shuttle pick-up spot.

Cars aren’t permitted on the property, so please park at Montecito Union School and hop on a shuttle. It’s a short ride, and it’s how everyone arrives, us included.

Les Belles Fontaines is a 100% non-smoking property, so please plan accordingly.

A step below black tie, a step above a nice dinner out. Suits or a sport coat and slacks, ties optional. Floral midis and maxis, dressy jumpsuits, cocktail dresses in soft or seasonal colors. When in doubt, lean garden rather than ballroom. Ashley has put together a Pinterest board if you’d like to see it rather than read about it.

The ceremony and cocktail hour take place on a grass lawn. Please choose footwear accordingly.

We love your little ones, truly, but we’ve decided to make this one an adults-only evening, with the exception of a few children standing up with us in the wedding party. Consider it a rare night off: a meal you don’t have to cut up, music that isn’t from a cartoon, and no bedtime to rush home for. If you’d like a hand finding a sitter in the area, just ask, we’re glad to help.

We’ve kept the list small so we get real time with everyone in the room. Your RSVP will show whether a guest is included with your invitation, so that is the quickest way to check. If anything is unclear, just ask us, we’d much rather answer than have you wonder.

Please fill out this short form by September 5 and our caterer will take care of the rest. If you already told us when you RSVP’d, thank you, no need to do it twice. If you can’t remember whether you did, send it again, we’d far rather have it twice than not at all.

The short version: ceremony at 4:00, cocktails around 4:30, dinner at 6:00, dancing at 8:00, and a send-off at 10:00. The full timeline lives on our events page.

Shuttles run throughout the evening, and if you need to slip out early, just let one of our event staff know and we’ll have a shuttle called for you. No explanation required.

We’ll be sent off around 10:00, and shuttles will take everyone back to Montecito Union School.

Mid-October in Montecito is usually kind: mid-70s in the afternoon, dropping into the mid-50s once the sun goes down. Since we’ll be outside on a lawn all evening, bring a wrap or a jacket you don’t mind being photographed in.
